Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and that sometimes it's necessary to cancel or modify a reservation. Below are our cancellation policies:

1. Free cancellation

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date.

If you cancel within this period, you will be refunded the full amount of your reservation.

2. Cancellations outside the free period

If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, a 100% charge of the total reservation will apply.

In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

3. Modifications to the reservation

If you need to change the dates of your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Modifications may be subject to rate adjustments.

4. Cancellations due to force majeure

In exceptional situations (government restrictions, health emergencies, natural disasters), we will apply flexible policies and offer options such as date changes or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
