To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules during your visit:

• Check-in is from 1:00 PM.
• Check-out must be before 12:00.
• If you need to modify these schedules, please contact us in advance.

🐾 Pet-Friendly

• Your pet is welcome! Please make sure it's well-behaved and doesn't damage the furniture.
• Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds without a protective blanket.
• Pick up your pet's waste and keep the accommodation clean.

🚭 No Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If you must, please use the outdoor areas.

🔇 Respect and Tranquility

• Keep music and television volume moderate, especially at night (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
• Respect your neighbors and avoid unnecessary noise.

🧹 Cleaning and Care

• Help us keep the apartment clean and in good condition.
• Throw garbage in the appropriate containers.
• If any damage occurs, please report it as soon as possible.

🔑 Security

• Make sure you close the door properly when you leave.
• Do not leave valuables unattended; we are not responsible for loss or theft.
